PRE-ORDER MODEL
At DAIMONA, every piece is crafted with care, exclusively on a pre-order basis. Below, you’ll find all the details you need regarding how we process orders, shipping times, and returns, to ensure a seamless experience.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, our logistics team processes it within 1-2 business days. Since all items are made-to-order, production typically takes 2-4 weeks. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipment details, including a tracking number to monitor your order's journey every step of the way.
Payment
Payment is captured when the order is placed. If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately. Cancellations or modifications can only be made if the order has not yet entered production. Once processed, orders cannot be canceled, but we will assist with returns where applicable.
At DAIMONA, we offer secure and convenient payment options to make your shopping experience seamless. You can pay using the following methods:

Klarna for ‘buy now, pay later’ payments in 4 installments or on a monthly basis.

If you're paying by credit card, you may be asked for secondary authentication (e.g., SMS code, one-time password) before completing your purchase, as per your card provider’s security procedures. Please note that we do not accept payments by bank transfer.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on customs and other external factors. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not informed of these charges in advance, as they are determined by your local customs authority. We recommend contacting your local customs office to verify any potential fees before placing an order.
Please note that all prices on our site are inclusive of taxes but exclude any customs duties. For non-EU orders, it may be helpful to enter your tax code (CF, NIN, SSN, etc.) at checkout to expedite customs clearance.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your shipment's journey until it reaches you.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or discover missing items, please contact our customer support team immediately at studio@daimona.it. Kindly provide photos of the damaged package, and specify which items are missing so we can resolve the issue swiftly.
